The month of May has been a very productive month for the Manta Network project on different sides — community and improvement.
The further Manta is to the main testnet launch, the more advances are on their way concerning the scalability and the user experience as well. The team cares a lot about the total safety of all the users of Manta Network as long as the project itself is about to begin a new era of DeFi.
Private AMM exchange MantaSwap illustrates an amazing representation concerning the prototype and reaching high standards.
MantaPay, in the meantime, will become the very first product to be launched to testnet. Polkadot.js web application will welcome MantaPay as a part of integration to the project, which is great news for the team and Manta enthusiasts. Moreover, there was a completion of the backend development part. At present, developers are running the frontend part to improve the user experience for the community members in the future. More great innovations are on the way, and the day-to-day updates help to understand at which stage the project is right now.
Manta has also joined the Substrate (as well as Kusama chain, Calamari). The first community patron has started the work on community development. Therefore, Manta Network will soon become an even bigger community project!

Manta Network is preparing a lot of new features and connections in the near future. In May there were already two big partnership announcements from the project — with a Substrate-based project Phala Network (private computing for the Polkadot Ecosystem with the use of trusted execution environments), and Crust Network (decentralized storage network of Web3.0 ecosystem). Manta has also connected with the Polkadot Wasm Contract Ecosystem Alliance in the role of founding member and the Polkadot DAO Alliance.
